The library reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned library materials. Damage fees may vary, depending on the extent of damage, up to the full cost of the item. All Lost, Rebound, Damaged items include a $6.00 non-refundable processing charge. Replacement copies for lost items will not be accepted.

Cardholders are still financially responsible for lost or damaged items, and are encouraged to return materials on time to make them available to others. Items are considered lost when they are 35 days past the due date.
